Speed Ventures is one of the largest recreational motorsports organizations in the U.S.
Since 2001 (22 years!), Speed Ventures has introduced tens of thousands of drivers to the sport of road-racing hosting events all year round on the best race tracks in California, Nevada, and beyond. Speed Ventures hosts practice and test days, a performance driving school for beginners, and time attack competitions.
Speed Ventures can also produce fully private track experiences, and we can reserve private run groups at most of our scheduled events.
Speed Ventures hosts around 30 events each year at tracks including Buttonwillow Raceway, Willow Springs International Raceway, Chuckwalla Valley Raceway,
Sonoma Raceway, Las Vegas Motor Speedway, WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca, and Spring Mountain Motor Resort and Country Club. We give drivers the opportunity to experience some of
the country’s greatest race tracks while improving their awareness and car control skills.
After 22 years, founder Aaron Bitterman passed the torch to Chris Yang who notes: “I am obsessed with running a well-organized event that is welcoming to all drivers. We work full-time to give drivers a great experience, staring long before the event starts when someone reaches out to us with questions.”
Customers have enjoyed the friendly, grassroots style where they are able to drive at their own pace in a run group with similar drivers. Plus, drivers realized they don't need to have aspirations of being a professional race car driver—or own a race car—to enjoy spending a day at the track honing their driving skills.
We are always amazed how many people—even people who love cars—have no idea they can drive their own car on a race track. Speed Ventures provides instruction and creates a low-pressure environment for beginners so they can get their feet wet in a calm, controlled atmosphere. And we give experienced drivers the track time they need to tune their cars and set up for the next race weekend.
