SCHEDULE: A full schedule will be emailed out a day or two before the event. We will not be printing them so please use your mobile device or bring a printed copy with you. You should plan to show up at the track 60-90 minutes before your first meeting. Please come to registration first BEFORE unloading/prepping your car to be sure you do not potentially miss your first run session of the day!

FOOD & DRINK: The snack bar will be open for breakfast and lunch.

FUEL: Credit Card activated fuel pumps are available on site (91/95/101, 110 Leaded), subject to availability.

LODGING: Chuckwalla has a limited number of cabins on-site that are available for rent directly from their website: https://chuckwalla.com/cvr-ranch-onsite-cabins

Either a TOW HOOK or some TOW POINT is highly recommended on the FRONT (and optional on REAR) of your car before going out on track. The important thing is that you have a place picked out for the FRONT that we can hook on to in order to tow you off track. Please determine appropriate tow points - it is your responsibility and we will not be responsible for any damage done to your car if you do not have a tow point installed or figured out.

CAR NUMBERS are required. We will have tape available at the track for making numbers. Your numbers must be at least 8" tall, located on both sides and the back of your vehicle. You should use the number you signed up with. If you would like to change it, please notify us at registration.

The TECH FORM is a must-have at the event. Be sure to print it out, fill it out before the event, and bring it with you to registration:http://www.speedventures.com/events/tech.pdf

There is also a track event checklist available if you're not sure what you should bring: https://www.speedventures.com/Events/trackchecklist.doc

There is a $15/vehicle security & overnight fee for campers. Gates will be open 24/7, if you are dry camping or renting a cabin please speak with the gate attendant when arriving.
